Arcticold Refrigeration Ripp Off Artist, Thiefs, Renaud Mills New Brunswick
The Good ole Boys are at it again, Back in business. Unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls. Do not have products to ship so they lie to people. Entire internet reporting negative things about Arcticold. Embarrassment to the people of New Brunswick. Arcticold will not respond to Family Motor Coach Association, Good Sam Trouble Shooter, and would not even respond to the BBB of New Brunswick. All advising people to stay away from them. Ordered a cooling unit for a Norcold refrigerator in Sept of 2016 and promised it would ship right away. Good luck. End of December, nothing. Refusing to refund. Have been told by someone in New Brunswick they probably do not have the money to refund. This company was shut down in the past. Check the internet. Same people at it again. Matt Cormier, Steve Cormier, and Robert Jeffery are liars and thieves. Their business ethics are a embarrassment to the business world. Their ability to do business is quickly diminishing. Thank heavens I belong to tons of RV clubs. All have posted warnings about Arcticold and their poor professionalism. This 700.00 ripp off will cost them dearly for years. Next time someone request their money back maybe they will get it.
