arcticold norcold phone 888-782-6665 matt. or steve lift time limited warranty. ti has only been 2 yrs. with cooling unit. it has went bad NO cooling. called at lest 15 times at different times of day. left messages and NO return call at all. Had good customer relationship with Matt & Steve.when I had a little trouble with fridge and they help then. They do not answer phone at all now, they must know my number now.I just want there help to get my fridge working again . A teckniction told me that the cooling unit has frosen up now it doesnt work.. new brunswick New Brunswick

I have called arcticold at lest 15 times and they will not return my call . I paid $1250.00 for a cooling unit for a norcold fridge. I have had it in operation for 2 yrs. and it work fine until April 2017 and it slowly starting dieing and wont cool . I have tried to fix it myself under the supervision of a technitian and he said the cooling unit has a clog in it and wont let the coolant flow and recirculate. So I have been trying to call them and NO one will return my calls The only thing I want is to get another unit and move on. I have a right to the life time limited warrnty and they know it because I sent the warranty card in to the company in Aug. 2015 and I called Matt.and steve cormier and ask it they got it and the answer was YES. So why dont they help me? I reach out to another RV. company and they told me that they were thow under the bus,and treated them BAD also. So that company dont want to deal with them anymore either.
