We had purchased a queen size areo bed a year ago, of which was great in the beginning. However, since our purchase one year ago, the seams in the middle of the bed started to break or release from the mattress. When I called to have this exchanged, I never got an answer back!!!!

After months of trying to get a hold of someone, we never got a reply. We fianly threw the mattress away, and what a waste....that mattress was not cheap!!

What do we do now??? This company does not stand by their product nor make an effort of returing calls or eamils. We are very disappointed with this product.

will not replace bed ...sent me the same damaged bed

Ordered king size aero bed. recived it and after 1 week it would not retain air. sent back to areobed who said they would replace it, ( i had to pay 12.00 ship fee) They did not replace but sent me the same damaged bed back same problem/ deflates. Contacted them by phone/ there responce was things happen and then they hung up on me. Called again same deal. customer support is 0.
