Mugshot Removal Scam
It is clearly evident that the sole purpose of the Arre.st domain owned by Jason Watson of Las Vegas, NV is a clear as day Mugshot Removal Scam! People get arrested all the time this is true, and I'm not saying I'm a saint by any means here people, but there is a huge difference between a website that is, for example, a News Aggregation/Syndication domain and an Extortion scam artist page.
The first dead giveaway this man is attempting to extort me is the fact the page has less than 100 words on the thing. Mr. Watson furthermore has no shame to his game as he has his removal site clearly is linked to the site he aggregates the booking photos on.
As a result of his clearly foul play use of a Circumvention device in the form of a web application specifically to remove the content it violates DMCA section 1201 and I am going to attempt the painful process of dealing with Google to get a removal *Sigh*.
How ironic it is to find out the man has quite the Rapsheet of his own. Apparently, Mr. Watson is a bit of a Hacker as well. If I can suggest anything to folks that are lucky enough to see this before being victimized by him, don't contact him at all! The man will put you on his popular page and personally create content and proceed to individualize his targeted harassment upon you causing you even more damage to your digital fingerprint.
