Artaaj Amaze-Expo Big Boy Toys Expo Total Rip-off and Fraud. Stolen our money and time Bengaluru Karnataka
Except for the dates and location, the report filed below is exactly what happened to us when we were ripped off by Artaaj, Amaze-Expo, Big Boy Toys at their Amaze-Expo in Dubai March 22-24,2018. We were promised 250 exhibitors and 40,000 attendees coming to see and buy Jet Airplanes, Helicopters, Exotic Cars etc. Wish we had read this before we wired our money and traveled half way around the world for this scam. Now we see that Artaaj has been pulling this same rip-off for years. They claim Emirates NBD as their official "Partner". Erimates NBD has the horsepower to pursue these con-artists and shut them down. All you need to know is in the following. Thanks to the author:
We attended a Luxury Event called Big Boys Toys in the Exhibition Centre in Abu Dhabi, UAE and the organisers claimed that the Royal Family would visit the event 18 times, while the event was on. They claimed that a large audience would visit the event. The event started on November 27th, November 28 and November 29, 2016. 200 people visited the event.
The exhibitors were very upset and staged a protest at the event, and then were told that they were not allowed to do this and if they continued they would be arrested by the police - one exhibitor was arrested and spent three days in prison.
Artaaj has such a bad name in the UAE, and they did not pay their staff - they netted over a million dollars from the event in profit. The company is run by Mr. Biju Jayaraaj and a Russian Mr. Vitaly, and there has been friction in the boardroom. A futher Big Boys Toys is scheduled for November 2017, and an event will happen in London at Olympia in early 2018 called Amaze.
We lost a lot of money by atteding this event, and the exhibitors more, and it consequently bankrupted at least one British Company. I am writing this report here as the SEO has managed to quell any complaints on social media.
This review confirms what I have written is true.
They have since rebranded to AMAZE EXPO avoid them like the plague.
They are selling tickets for Big Boys Toys 2017 from the 2nd to the 4th November 2017 at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) ADNEC, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Abu Dhabi(United Arab Emirates).
