ARTISAN FLOWERS AND GIFTS. I am the owner and sole proproitor of Artisan Flowers & Gifts of Hauppauge New York which is not affilated with artisan flowers of van cover cananda i am a seperate incorporated company based in Ripoff Long Island New York HAUPPAUGE New York
Since my name has been used by another Florist. I wanted to set the records straight, Yes my name can be used in Cananda or any other state but New York which iam incorporated in. This florist has ruin my name and i have no recorse in this matter other than to write this note to dispell the mix up of a Name... Their are no laws that govern the use of a name in another state as long as it is not in Long Island. So any one in any state or country can use my name. But let me assure all of my customer and feature customers that I 'M NOT A RIPOFF FLORIST FROM VAN COVER CANANDA
My florist has been in business since 2002 and i have never had any claims of bad business brought against me, nor have i RIPED OFF any of my customers by not delivering their arrangement, or taking their money and charging their charge cards illegially.
