My friend met Evelyn
She said you look like you would make a great amanager for leasing. He told her I had been looking for leasing position and she said there is lots of properties and she can get us manager jobs. SO I called and setup and interview with her. Went to the office and she pushed this leasing class on me for $45.00.She said other agencies charge $115 for the same class and she only charges $45. I dod not want to spend $45 for anything as I am unemployed and looking aggressively for work and barely make ends meet. I wanted to do everything on my part so I spent the money to take the class, it was an 9am to 3:30pm with an ex leasing agent. The class was FULL. Just that day she would of made $800. She does these classes every friday!!! You get a fake certificate not recognized by anyone for the class. They cover a very broad common sense range of information you should already know. She made an appointment for me to see a manager , needed to be reshceduled and never followed it up. 2 weeks later an interview that I did well and again no follow up and never heard from them since. I asked a girl from the class if they have sent her out yet and she said "NO", like she has been waiting and frustrated. I became very suspicious as I caught Evelyn telling me one thing and doing another. Mentally disorganized. On the phone with her one day she accused my friend of sending her a complaining email and turned out it was not even him and the fact she let me think he did so was very unprofessional and big red flag. I went to another temp agency and I was immediately placed the before I even got home!!! It was for one day and then I had the next day off and then she already had another Aclass property assigned for me that lasted 4 days. Its been a week and she is trying to get me on antoehr property asap. This showed me what a real agency does compared to ASAP. ASAP is a total scam. They make the majority of their money giving fraud leasing classes and never place you. Its a grey area I am sure she works to her own advantage and you get tired of calling them for nothing. No response. No follow ups, no placements. SHe should be charged with fraud. She changes entirely what she says after you take her class. There is no talk of manager to a property, she then has an explanation you need to know the software, Etc. SHe is a total rip off and will waste your valuble time finding work. Very bad charma and she will have to pay for this,
