We Discontined Newspaper Service in October 2017 because our delivery person couldn’t find our driveway, he kept throwing it in the woods.we were so discussed with our delivery person we could find anything we needed online. Than we felt we could obtain anything online with the local Patch in town. We called the APP and were told that they only stopped our service Temporary in October 2017 and than restarted it. We were advised that our service was restarted after we got home from vacation. We emailed the the APP circulation department to end our service. We never received any newspapers for over a year and since the charges were debited from our business credit card it went unnoticed.

Now during the 4 months we have stepped up our calls asking for a refund and stop billing us. We haven’t received a newspaper or gone to the APP.com website in over a year. We recived another bill dated 12/28/18 our credit card statement for $40.01 After calling the APP ( for the 4th month in a row) parent company Garnett at 1800- 822-9779 after speaking to Jameer he said it will be straightened out in 72 days. Being a little hard of hearing i said you mean 72 hours ! he corrected me to say 72 days. Let me get my calendar out and mark the date, he could have said 120 days? 

We received the APP and USA Newspapers  for over 40 years! Now they owe us over $400.00
