Fraud, Abuse and Evil In Ashe County North Carolina...

Two reasons that this is listed here and not on a site by itself. 1.) It is

highly visable here. 2.) It allows the people that are being complained about to do the right thing and make a choice before a site goes up.

Attention: Ashe County Government, Ashe County Commissioners, Richard Blackburn, Gary Barber, Judy Porter Poe, Marty Gambill, Larry Rhodes & Keith Little at the Ashe County Tax Office

On April 29, 2007 - I went to get my tag renewed at the local tag office in Jefferson NC only to discover that my taxes were past due.

I proceeded to pay my taxes only to learn that I was being charged more than DOUBLE of the actual value of the vehicle which had over 100,000 miles and had been wrecked....

The bill of sale reflected which was obtained from the dealership where purchased was 2000. (The dealership had put a 1000.00 in the vehicle, I paid double and the

Ashe County Tax office Charged over 4 times the wholesale value of the car!)

I provided Keith Lewis of the Ashe County Tax office the bill of sale which was obtained from a well known car dealership which reflected the 2000. paid for the car...

I offered to let them come out and see the car to determine the value but obviously they know nothing about the value of items but would rather try and charge people 2, 3 or even four times the value of something in an attempt to defraud the citizens of

Ashe County with an Outrageous amount of money....

Anyone thinking of moving to Ashe County North Carolina Should Certainly think twice!

Keith Little declined to make a intelligent decision and adjust their tax value to the actual

value of the vehicle....

He stated that I could appeal it to the County Commissioners and wait for to hear whether they wanted to do the right thing and adjust the charges...

Let me get this straight... I am suppose to wait weeks for the Ashe County Commissioners to decide on whether they want to cheat and steal from a tax payer? And, Whether or not they want to do the right thing and refund the portion of over payment on something that they have no right to charge....?

Forget that... As a web programmer, I will put up a website and devote it to the Fraud, Abuse and Evil within the leadership of Ashe County and to ensure

that the word gets out about the website, I will use cloaking scripts and pay out of my pocket to advertise the site in google adwords to ensure that it is noticed

by all the tourist coming to Ashe County and to the Citizens alike..

I am rather confident in my ability to ensure that the site is one that get's out to everyone in Ashe and the surrounding Counties... (You seen it here didn't you?)

It is Monday April 29, 2007... I feel that everyone deserves a fair chance. So, I am asking the County Commissioners of Ashe County North Carolina to do the right thing and ensure that the over payment is in my hand no later than May 14, 2007.

If not, I will put up the site which will be much more visible then the page that you just read and it will be titled, Fruad, Abuse and Evil in Ashe County, North Carolina.

I will either leave a follow up to this and say that it is resolved on May 14, 2007 and if there isn't a follow up, You can search Google for Ashe or Ashe N.C. or Ashe

North Carolina or Ashe County Gov or Ashe County Goverment or Ashe Tax or Ashe County Real Estate.. (you get the idea) and you'll see a site and reply there.
