Askenzyte.com They charged me $70.00 for what they call managed care direct which I did not authorize Ohio
I saw an ad on TV for a trial offer for "Altovis" for $4.50. I went to the web site and ordered a 30 day trial. I used Altovis for about a week with no results. When I recieved my credit card bill there was an additional charge of $70.00 for what they call "Managed care direct". I did not authorize this. If you don't cancel they automatically charge you. This should be illegal and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Even when this is explained to them they refuse to give a refund. I also do not see anywhere to cancel on there web site. What can I do?
