What you describe is civil harassment. 1. Get a copy of your incoming telephone records from the phone company and highlight the calls. 2. If they are coming in as frequently as you say, you should hev no problem getting an attorney to write them a letter threatening lawsuit if it doesn't stop immediately. 3. Since they are allowed to call only once for "Location Information" according to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, they are already in vilation of tah act. 4. After the lawyer's letter is sent, if you get just one more phone call, file suit against them. That should stop the calls pronto - when they figure out they are getting sued by someone who doesn't even have an account with them.
