My husband is a Ford Parts Manager. While it is good to hear that this problem has been resolved, the fact that your phones "are not always answered" signals a problem for me. You see, I am responsible for the PR in my company so I understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Are you saying that you don't even have an automated phone system? Voicemail? Are you saying that it is entirely possible for me to call your company and the phone won't be answered at all?? That the BEST way to hopefully contact someone is by FAX?? Sounds to me as if this was a genuine complaint about your company's customer service, Stephanie. If I were you, I would be embarrassed to be part of a company that doesn't even value its customers enough to make sure the phone is answered every time.
