Atlanta's Cascade Concrete Pumping & Foundations, Inc ACCP, INC. Non-Payment - Failed to Pay Us On Three Invoices For Construction Estimating Services Atlanta, Georgia
January 14, 2011 we performed our normal bid preparation service which includes a quantity survey of all materials, labor, and equipment required for the project, a detailed estimate including man hours, and proposal ready made for his client for the concrete and masonry construction for the TRAINING SUPPORT CENTER, located in FORT GORDON, GEORGIA. This project was paid for, giving the client the benefit of the doubt and acting in good faith the next three projects performed, were never paid for and to this day never paid.
The projects that were performed but never paid are as followed.
