I placed an order through Facebook for two pillows, a Mickey mouse (Mr) pillow and a matching Minnie Mouse (Mrs) pillow. They charged me $102.95 and got their money and I have no order. The order number is 9167. I have attempted to contact them by email and all I get is "Your request (22580) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." I never hear another word. How can I get my money back?
