AT&T Wireless ripoff sent a fraudulent bill to palisades collection with no explanation as to why. I was never late on a payment Nationwide
I opened up a AT&T wireless account in Sept. of 1998. I moved in march of 1999 and requested a new area code. I closed my account in 2003 and was never late or behind on my bills.
While checking my credit report I found AT&T reported a $299 collection amount to palisades in sept. of 2004. I have no idea why. I called AT&T and they didn't have any information and were quite rude. I called palisade and they said it was sold to Collins and would send me a dispute form, which I am still waiting for.
