Atum DeMente and the Maintenance staff at Beverly Hills Properties are single-handledly the most unprofessional people with whom I have ever dealt. I am going out of my way to prepare this report in hopes that I might help to DISSUADE anyone who might be thinking of working with or renting from Atum and Beverly Hills Properties. BE FOREWARNED THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT!
My story: I prepaid my rent for the year and have been unable to get any follow-up on my requests for maintenance service within a reasonable period. In fact, as I prepare my case for court, I have found that it has taken Beverly Hills Property's Maintenance dept an average of 2 months (IF AT ALL!) to respond to a given request, including those requests that were classified as Emergencies.
Beverly Hills Properties is not interested in ensuring its tenants' quiet enjoyment, abating niusances or making repairs to its buildings and is merely interested in MONEY- ie, collecting rent. There is no point in reaching out to Atum DeMente, the Chief of Operations, as he is not Tenant-Oriented and is quite defensive and manipulative and will try to turn your problem on you if you are not smart.
I hope that I never again cross paths with Beverly Hills Properties and Atum DeMente... it's people like Atum that give business a bad rep!
