Audio Tech Ripoff Installed a remote start that did not work refused to give me a refund Orland Park Illinois
AUDIO TECH installed a remote start on my car that did not work. After bringing it back 3 times I requested a refund and was told that they do not give refunds. It is not posted anywhere in their shop nor on my receipt that there are no refunds. ALSO they do not accept credit cards and do not tell people this until after the product has been installed in your car. BEWARE when purchasing large ticket items always use a credit card, so if the company tries to rip you off, they will fight the charge for you.

Dear Linda,
I am the ownwer of Audio Tech and have been since 1992. If this complaint is real I would be happy to refund your money. However I don't believe this to be real as I have never heard of you or have I ever not taken care of any complaint such as yours. The BBB has NEVER had a single complaint nor are there any bad reviews on any other forum. Another red flag that tells me this complaint is false is the fact that you stated that we do not take credit cards. We have taken credit cards since 1994. If I am wrong please call or stop in and I will give you a total refund and my sincere apology.
I know that this report was in 2005 but it has just come to my attention today.
