Audiofile Ripoff in Austin Texas Austin
My story is the Same as everyone else. Two guys approached me asking if I wanted to buy some speakers they had an overstock of. They had a magizene with the same speakers that had a price of 1600 for the pair. I took a look at the speakers and purchased them.
I did not get there plate number. They were driving a 4 door Tan Explorer and the passenger rear tire was a spare.
The very next day I was approached by to different individuals in Lakeway, TX. asking me the same question with the same story. This time I acted and got the plate number and called the police.
When the police arrived they could not do anything but give the kids a warning for selling merchandise without a permit.
The kids were driving a new model 4 door tan explorer. Plate number R06-TNS. I hope this will help some of yall.
