I am going to file a formal report with the police and these guys were driving a white Astro Van. California License plate #6S07033.

Maybe this information will help catch the perpetrators.

Two White American Males. One is about 5'9", blonde, short hair, no facial hair, about 180 lbs, and square shaped face (driver). The other one was about 6', dark short hair, dark eyes, no facial hair, white but with a tan, and about 220 lbs. As in many other stories, they jumped on me as I was getting gas at a gas station.

As opposed to other reports, these idividuals told me that they were overstocked and had to clear the extra pair of speakers or they would lose their commissions for not selling them. It happened on July 31st, 2002 and I thought it made sense since I once worked in sales and you would lose your commission if you hadn't sold a certain amount by the end of the month.

I was fooled by these same individuals just like dozens of people that I have already read about. They probably change their license plates everytime they hit a parking lot.

The saddest part is that I denied the offer and was alreday on my way when one of the guys jumped in front of my car and begged me to give him at least $300. I told him I just didn't have the money and that it was not my responsibility to not have worked enough during the month. Then the other guy parked the van behind me to block my only other exit and started walking towards my car window in a very menacing way.

I am only 5'6" and 125 lbs... these two guys could kill me with just a punch. I kept denying it and they said they wouldn't take no for an answer and the blonde guy grabbed the wheel from the driver's window. I thought about running the other guy over but I didn't want to have to deal with the law since they never really hurt me.

I gave them $250 that I happened to have on me. They must have follwed me as I drove off from the bank. These guys are really dangerous and if they can't lure you in with their lies, pr make you feel sorry for them, they will make you feel sorry for yourself.

Paying the money and leaving was the easiest and safest way out.
