I was on JC Penny's website and an add popped up that said to get free samples. It gave me several options. I chose the beauty product. It said you just had to pay shipping. So  I entered my payment. The product came. There was no invoice or any paperwork in box. My first complaint is the bottles say " Fragrance free" Which when I opened them they have a light flowery smell. I did try the product but I have sensative skin and developed a rash. Since  I thought these were Free samples I didn't mess with them again. Then about 3 weeks later I get a charge for $97.88 on my credit card. I called and they stated that I had agreed to their 10 day Trial Period by using their website. I questioned them that when I entered my payment for the shipping that the website did not then have a pop up window that shows their policies and the option to accept or decline. They stated it is in a little paragraph at the bottom of the page and that I have to click on a link to view thier policy which states I must cancel within  10 days or I would get charged the $97.88. I then stated that on the website above the small paragraph it shows the emblem of 100% satisfaction guarantee. I stated that I was not satisfied since the product list labeled fragrance free but it is not. I ended up being put on hold for a long time and then given to a supervisor named Jandie. She told be that the 100% guarantee is only good for the 10 day trial. I also told her the items did not come with any paperwork and I did get two emails right after ordering which neither one listed any information about the 10 day trial. She kept insisting about the small paragraph on the webisite what they stand behind. I also reminded her that it gave me options for Free Samples but she stated they could not control how the advertiser that allowed them on the site lists the item. That once I got to their site I had to read the paragraph. I asked her how could she work for a company that is deliberatly missleading people. She continued to refer back to the paragraph on the website. I did get them to cancel any future orders and they did refund some of the money.
