Aurora Financial Services ripoff Fraudulent loan company. They don't even exsist!! Haverhill Massachusetts
We applied for a $5000 loan. We paid $1250 upfront as collateral. We gave the company our bank info so they could direct deposit the $5000, into our account. After a couple of weeks of calling the company everyday, we finally reached a man by the name of Simon Rosenburg who told us that we missed the deadline for the loan. He said that he would mail back the refund, and we should recieve it within 4-7 business days. Three weeks later still no refund, and after another round of calls, we spoke with a man name Kyle Watkins who said that the money would be direct deposited into our account in 48 hours.
Needless to say we have never gotten our money back. Every time we call the # given it says that the universal office account has been placed on hold. We have filled a report with the Federal Trade Commison.(www.ftc.gov), BBB, and now the ripoff report. This is a scam!!! We have called the police and the told us that the address given doesn't even exsist. I have called the BBB, Consumer Credit Hotline and every #, I can get my hands on they have no record of the company having any liscening to do the loans, or of the company.
