Austin Smith Real Estate Investor - Portland Fraud REAL ESTATE INVESTING!! Portland Oregon
A so called wholesaler by the name of Austin Smith gave me a call and offerered me an all cash offer on my property and he didnt show up to my house as planned and when I asked him the next day where he was he said he wasnt the cash buyer and didnt want to come over bnecause he didnt know what to do. He completely wasted my time and should not be trusted so if he calls anyone else in the Portland, OR to buy a house from you hang up immediately because he is a scam Artist! HE LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME HE BUYS HOMES ALL CASH AND HE HAS THE MONEY AND WHEN HE NO SHOWED ME HE WAS CAUGHT!!
HOMEOWBERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER!
