My last 2 experiences with Auto Europa/Sicily by Car were absolutely disappointing and I do not recommend this Company to anybody. I rented a car in Napoli airport and I brought it back 45 min past the deadline: the Company decided to charge me for an entire additional day costing me 98€!! Despite the fact that I sent an email to their customer service, they never bothered to answer to me.
On another instance, I rented a car in Lecce Airport and I had to wait for 1,5hr before being attended to because there were not enough associates to deal with the quantity of customers. Their office was so badly organized that the associates had to run around to collect all kinds of papers to process the rental contracts. The associates were doing their best but the Company is fundamentally not structured properly to provide a good service to its customers. Finally the baby seat was disgustingly dirty and non-functioning.
AVOID this Company, despite their lower prices, you're paying twice as much as any other company due to the surcharges they apply and poor customer service.

Unfortunately for reason that I cannot express publicly I have to retract my earlier rip-off report regarding Auto Europa/Sicily by Car. Please disregard this previous report.
