On 3/24/07 I placed an online order for an a/c suction hose. When the order arrived it was an a/c compressor.

I phoned their customer service dept (Adrian) and was told to return the compressor to the attention of Manny. The compressor was received by Manny on 4/9.(UPS receipt) I also enclosed a note requesting a refund of $11.34 for the shipping charges since the error was not my fault.

I phoned Manny on 4/24 to find the status of my shipment and to request a tracking number. Manny told me that the package had been shipped and that he would email me a tracking number. I have still not received my order nor have I received any confirmation that it has been shipped. I phoned again 4/30/07 and spoke with Manny again, he offered to look into the matter later but not now while I was on the phone.
