I am the president of Impact Real Estate Management. We manage over 60 properties in the NYC metro area. We have been using Automatic Industries for over 12 Years, and could not be happier. They always pay their rents on time and respond when you call them. We deal with 6 or 7 different laundry companies and find Automatic to be one of the best.

There are two sides to every story. I always return phone calls. I would interpret this as a personality conflict more than anything. We show no balance due on the account. Our records showed that there was a security Deposit left with the previous management company. The new management company told us that they could not access such old records. Secondly, when they decided to acquire their own equipment, their was a delay in receiving the equipment that they ordered from the other company. They asked us to leave our machinery in for a few more months as a courtesy. We did this in good faith. We did not expect an extended rent bill. A number of years has lapsed since we have done business with this organization. If they felt they had a strong case, they should have pursued it. It was never send to collections and I never heard from their attorney. We have been in business for over 40 years. Much of our growth has been attributed to referrals. People would not recommend us if we did not pay our rents. We pay our rents. When I heard about this blog, I did not think it was worth defending; until recently when someone considering doing business with us told me about this negative "blog". It would be unfortunate if someone saw this and decided not to do business with us because of what one individual conjured up. This sort of thing should not be allowed if the facts are not accurate.
