Automotive Diagnostic Center Incompetent,deceptive liars, Marysville, Washington
This company has ripped off myself and neighbors,after discussing our visits we have noticed simularities with our auto repair problems. John, Mark, Paul, and Nikki will avoid a written estimate at all costs. They only give verbal estimates by phone so there is no proof later. Once repairs have started they will do anything they want to, at any cost to you. Without your OK. They won't call you when they promised, only when they want to collect your money-preferrably cash..will accept credit cards..absolutely no checks. Everytime we picked up the car it has a problem, a different one or the same. It's never the shops fault, you always get charged for more. Even if the car has to go back 5 or 6 times for the same problem, it always has to come out of your pocket. John once told me that he is the only shop that cleans carbon and fuel injectors with a machine, everyone else would have to take my engine apart to clean it. After visiting the car dealer to fix something that they goofed up, I was informed that most all repair shops have a motorvac machine to clean fuel injectors and carbon charging around $150.00. I was charged $300.00 for the same service and drove off with a check engine light on and a fuel line leak. After spending thousands of dollars, when I called back, John just laughed when I asked for a refund. He sounded like a devil. He's a short little guy with a big chip on his shoulder, most likely worstened by time spent in jail. My neighbor saw him in snohomish county jail and thinks he's gay. All I know is he is a menace to our community and we don't want him here any more, so wer'e spreading the word about this little butt pirate. Hopefully some one will get even and he'll go out of business.

I've taken several of my cars to Automotive Diagnostic Center for repairs for the last 10-12 years and never had a problem! Although I might of spent more than i wanted the repair work was outstanding! One time I took my daughters car to Les Shwab 3 times to diagnose a problem and they couldn't figure it out and charged me every time, I gave up on Shawb took the car to Automotive Diagnostic Center and they not only quickly fixed the problem but didn't charge me a dime! I've also brought a car in had them give me an estimate and decided i didn't want to spend the money and they told me no problem let us know when your ready to go! No pressure! Thats been my experience with the company!
