Thank you for posting this.
Our business has a Fleet of Vehicles. At various times we have to order online. We got burnt by this e-commerce site as well.
They refuse to refund nor allow returns because they have in small print "special orders" cannot be refunded or returned. Well most auto parts for older cars are now labeled that way so you can get stuck with the wrong item that they TELL you fits the vehicle only to find out it doesn't! We refuted thru our bank and they declined reversal of charge because of that very clause referenced. So I do think you are right...they are poor at customer service and will say anything to get the deal and make YOU the customer "wait and...wait"....
