Received a letter stating that we were the winners of a drawing. The company name was familiar but upon researching it turns out they don't exist in the USA. The address in the UK when Google mapped comes up to a restaurant. After reading the rules here about it being illegal to have a fee for prize money and prize money not being allowed to be transferred internationally, I realize this is a scam. Thank you RipOff Report!
It's hard to resist the offer of free money winning when times are financially troubling. Hope this helps someone else avoid being scammed. Sure wish the offer was legit though!
