 Previously leased a washer and dryer from azuma leasing back in nov 07 and gave back machine in aug 09. my story begins on nov 5,2009 when azuma leasing charged my credit card without authorization.I guess they kept my credit card information without my consent and basically committed fraud by charging my account.Do not trust this company.The law states you are not suppose to hold credit cards on files unless you have authorize to do reacuuring billing.Its pretty scary when you do business with a company, you give them back there merchandise and then 4 months later they decide to do a unathorize charge to my account.Its basically fraud what they committed a third degree felony in the state of florida.They also gave out information on the phone without  a signed authorization and then 2 weeks later asked for one to be signed after they already abused the Privacy act law.Bottom line if your smart you will not do business with this company.

Thank you for the recent posting. We appreciate the opportunity your notification has provided us to assist you with the above referenced issues. On November 1, 2009 you opened an account with AZUMA Leasing. After filling out an application at www.AZUMA.com, in order to complete the account setup, customers are asked to read and agree to the AZUMA Lease Agreement. The Lease contains the terms and conditions defining the relationship between AZUMA Leasing and each of our customers. On November 1, 2008 at 8:06 am you completed reading through and signed the Lease. For a situation where a customer has an unpaid past due balance, the Lease contains the following terms "Lessor (AZUMA) shall be entitled to charge any unpaid rent and late fees against lessee's credit card, debit card or automatic deduction from lessee's bank account". As a courtesy to customers and before any payment remedy actions are started, AZUMA provides an additional five day grace period before implementing the terms agreed to when you read and signed the Lease. As part of our customer service policy, AZUMA Leasing will always promptly refund any past due balance collected via our past due collection procedures if an alternative form of payment for the past due balance is provided by the customer. AZUMA Leasing is concerned about your right to privacy. All customer information including any bank, credit or debit card data you share with AZUMA Leasing is recorded, stored and used according to applicable federal and state laws.
