Ordered products from them. They promised a date of delivery. They did not deliver.

They took the money from our account via Visa Debit Card.

They would not respond if you complained of not getting product and they would not respond when asked to cancel order.

They finally e-mailed me back and said dispute with my credit card and I will get some of my money back that way.

They will not take customer calls. The recorder says contact them by website only and they will respond in 24 hours, yet they will not respond to numerous e-mails.

I now have heard they have done this to many people and they say their business is out of business now, yet they will not close website and continue to take peoples money and will not deliver product and will promise you a date of a refund and will not get the refund. They delay you and delay you.

They try to wear you down where you finally just give up.

If you have been ripped off by this company then you should immediately file reports with the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.com and the Federal Bureau of Investigations at www.fbi.us.gov. Both can help you forward complaints to local authorities for resolution to this problem. Our country is getting wiser as the computer industry continues to dominate. Let the US government help you out of this mess. They are really user friendly and go all the way in aiding consumers who have been ripped off. God Bless
