Hi, This is Tom from PriveCo Inc.. I'm sorry to hear about your trouble and I can do everything possible to fix it.
I apologize that we don't have 24 hours customer service, but our company isn't large enough. We do have someone here from 9-5 Monday through friday to answer the phones. I apologize if this isn't enough. Even though we are the largest company in the bachelorette party business, we just aren't that big.
In fact, other websites in our industry don't even list a phone number at all, they only offer contact via e-mail. So, we are a step ahead of our competitors in this regard.
I'm not exactly sure why your order didn't arrive, but of the 2,000 or so packages we send out each week, we do get a fair number back because the address was either incorrect, missing an apartment number, or didn't include the business name. I'm not saying this was exactly the problem with your order, but I can say that it happens a lot.
