Looking for a glass company to replace my cracked window I saw a advertisement in the yellow pages  family owned and operated sound promising
 
It was when took my pickup truck there is when things became a mess
My auto insurance told me that I can get a window strip on my window. Which no one there had a problem doing. My problem started with there tint installer.I asked if he could make the tint look just like my old window. The tint tech said he could. He was trying to install the tint and was cutting across my new window using a piece of foam out of the trash to try and cut a straight line. As I
 requested him to stop he became angry and told me to take my F***ing business else ware. As I waited for the window to finish being installed (without tint) this tint tech kept making remarks toward me as well as about me to other employees. When I left I noticed that he had cut into the window. I contacted my insurance company about the customer service I received as well as the window problem. When stopped back at baker glass and spoke to Travis where he denied any fault. I contacted my local agent about this problem they confirmed that this damage is under warranty. Travis was informed to replace the window by my auto insurance. I went back to baker glass he drove the vehicle into the shop and closed the bay door preventing me to observe the workman ship. Travis claims that insurance regulations prevent me from watching even outside the bay area.
Interesting then why do they have a paper next to the womans bathroom saying men's room in bay? And why was this not a problem the previous two times? And since I had such rude service I was very concerned that the job wouldnt be done correctly. After about 1hr my truck was returned to me with a dirty window and black tar on my vehicle.
Its a shame that I received this type of service.I reported everything to my insurance company. I received a phone call that Friday from Travis acting like he was Mac pebbles the owner of baker glass and he just made the issue worse I stopped over to visit the owner where it was confirmed that his son acted like his dad. When I handed I written complaint he folded it up like it was nothing and walked away 2 weeks off hell and didn't get a I'm sorry or shake my hand and thank me
for my business. this tint guy they have still works there after Travis said he longer worked there.

This business just seemed to forget that consumers is why they are in business and without us where whould they be?
