Mobilisa v. Doe established that people DO have the right to your identifying data on the web for the purposes of a defamation/slander/libel law case. We've met all the standards of this legal precedence and I'm confident that we will have all of your identifying data from ripoffreport.com, (((Redacted))) as soon as they receive the subpoenas, June Choi. Doe V. Cahill, 884 A.2d 451 (Del.2005) established that the plaintiff is required to make reasonable efforts to notify the anonymous or falsely identified web poster about an impending discovery request to a web site and to put forward sufficient evidence for each element of its claim. NO PROBLEM! We've met that standard a long time ago. Thanks to your own self incriminating words and writing style as well as your known history of this kind of behavior in the past, this will be a breeze. I'm a doctor, not a lawyer, but do you really think I'd have gone this far without knowing this stuff??? I already told you what would happen if you didn't cease and desist, recant, list your aliases, apologize to others you've hurt who've come along beside us, apologize to my wife in your hand-writing, AND promise to never do this to anyone else again. Now it is too late...

Oh... you asked us to "prove" we have a case against you several times. Again, June, you did that for us by slip of the tongue right here on this site before God and everybody. Your own words/venom has given us sufficient cause to find out who the real author(s) of all of these attacks are.

For those who are just now reading this, the bottom line is this: we've tried for 6 months to stop June Oaksun Choi's malicious attacks against my wife and her loving dachshund hobby/business. We tried it all... kindness, Christian forgiveness, you name it. THIS IS OUR LAST RESORT, and we've been forced to this by June Choi. We have contacted June Oaksun Choi by phone, by email, by certified letter to her immigration lawyer father (who never responded to our letter, by the way), and via this web site, stating plainly that all we wanted was for her to stop her vicious lies/attacks against us and make amends. June had every oportunity come clean and meet our demands which were simple... admit to defamation (including the use of aliases to try and cover her tracks), retract the completely false statements (where ever they were put on the web), list the aliases used in her attacks on these sites as a warning to others to avoid contact with her, and write my wife a hand written apology. If these demands had been met, this lawsuit would not be filed, but they aren't/haven't. I can't believe that we've come to this, and it sickens me. We've NEVER sued anyone and would have loved to resolve his peaceably months ago, but this person cannot be stopped in any other way. This woman has a long history of this kind of behavior against many fine and innocent individuals and she must be stopped for the good of society.

Ripoffreports.com, (((Redacted))) are intended to reflect TRUE/HONEST customer experiences or opinions. Using them to attempt to defame/destroy businesses and individuals (character assassination) without truth and cause is a violation of their clearly stated use policy and a violation of the law. I want your apology in print on every site you've used to attack us, and I mean EVERY one. I also want your hand written and hand signed apology/admission statement mailed to my wife as a token of your sincere repentance over your attacks on her, and it better detail everything. We will use it to try and restore our good name after you have trashed it. We can post it on our web site and hope people will see that you are a lier and quite an evil person. I am writing in response to this report, I have seen all of Lynn Harper's puppies and they are all healthy, happy, and beautiful. They are also well cared for. My friend is completely wrong for writing this report. I hope that Lynn Harper can forgive my friend for writing this report.

Look, my friend had nothing to do with this report filed against your wife and her dogs. She does not even care for or care about Dachshunds anymore. She has moved on and is no longer a Dachshund-crazed person. I am the one who wrote this report and if you want to sue and prosecute me my name really is "Bernadette" and my last name is Stevens. I am not hard to find. Also, she has forgotten all about Dachshunds when she stopped owning them. My friend June does not even like Dachshunds anymore, she has much more better things to do with her time than write reports and attacks against breeders on the internet. She is in school and is getting the education she needs to move on to getting an actual career. So, DO NOT take this out of my friend saying and claiming that she wrote this report. How dare you claim that she is the one who wrote this!! She is hardly ever online anymore, you CAN'T PROVE that she wrote this.

This report against us is being filed by someone well known to us, June Oaksun Choi, of Atlanta, Georgia, who we refused to sell a puppy to after we discovered her history of pathological lying and character assassination when she doesn't get her way. We couldn't and wouldn't sell one of our sweet puppies to her family after we were tipped off to this information from a fellow breeder, and we promptly returned her check with kind gentle words, hoping to avoid confrontation. The check we had received as payment from her clearly documents who we are dealing with, none other than the infamous June Oaksun Choi of Atlanta, Georgia. She began her attacks on my wife, Lynn, and Lynn's dachshund puppy hobby/business "bama jama dachshunds" soon after we turned down her purchase. We soon discovered just how viscious June could get. I'll not disclose all of the information I've collected on this case, as it is now a legal matter for the courts, but you can see for yourself what kind of person June Oaksun Choi is:

These are just a few examples of her lies/malicious work. Her last attack on my wife was on Puppyfind.com when my wife offered her latest litter of precious dachshund puppies for sale on that site. June put the above Ripoffreport, report also on (((Redacted)))on 10/13/2008 and attacked my wife directly on Puppyfind as late as today, 10/20/2008. Thankfully, we contacted former customers and they are coming to my wife's rescue, vouching for her integrity and quality pups. God only knows how many other sites have been used by June to wreck people's lives. June Oaksun Choi is well known in the dachshund puppy hobby, business, community for this modus operandi and has attacked many other puppy owners similarly. Unfortunately, we were new to this hobby and were not aware of how psychopathic she really is. We've just had enough of it and we're not going to put up with her antics anymore. We've decided to put a stop to her for our sakes and for the many people she harms by her malicious behavior. I've spent hours researching our legal rights to bring this to fruition. I'm collecting stories about Ms. Choi for a defamation/libel suit in the works. She has upset and caused my wife no end of hassel, time, threats, and stress with her unreasonable behavior, and I can no longer stand aside and watch Lynn go through this abuse. Defense on the web to such accusations are futile and only seems to fuel June on. Contacting her or her parents is also futile. If it was a matter of a few personal hate mails, we'd never have responded to this stuff, but it isn't. It is a pathological attempt to destroy my wife's reputation and love of raising beautiful dachshund puppies, and it just won't stop, no matter what we've tried. June has continued on the all out assault for 6 MONTHS now. She uses multiple different email address/aliases, like "Bernadette" or "Kristen Lewis," but I have the ability to track all of these fake IDs back to her area, server company, computer, and IP address or to that of her father's law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where either her mother and father work. EVEN without such traces, there is plenty of evidence on the web for June to have hung herself. I plan to complete this task with the help of the police, if need be.
