Bank Freedom made every attempt to help. Per our banking agreement, we are not allowed to accept Paypal deposits on a Bank Freedom card. The cardholder was trying to deposit money on the card using Paypal, which was blocked and returned to them. We offer numerous options to fund the card including FREE direct deposit and cash loading through Green Dot MoneyPak. We encourage the cardholder to contact our customer service department 24/7 at 877-237-6262 for further assistance. Thank you. Bank Freedom Customer Care

The amount was within a couple of pennies of what was supposed to be there so they did have deposits but tried to hold as stated in original complaint. I had e-mailed that I put on ripoff reports and yahoo and lawyer . When they saw they e-mailed that I would get check which is in 1st sentence. I got and the amount which they claim was random was within 2 cents of amount owed. STAY AWAY!!!!

The FBI has no regulatory authority over banks. I am sure that they are having a good laugh at your expense each time you go in there. If you can prove that this bank is not crediting your account within the time period to which you agreed when you opened the account, then the only way there will be any action is if you send your complaint and documentation to the body which regulates this particular bank. If they are a federally chartered bank, that would be the Comptroller of the Currency. You can google them to find out where to mail a complaint. I suspect though, with a shady outift like this, you will find that when you signed up, you agreed to the extended delay in posting your funds. Why not just use your local bank, or better yet, credit union, where you can walk in and talk to a live person?
