Ok, I have a question for you. Who said, "I left $10 in this account, but due to a minor error, a withdraw was taken out directly from a credit card vender for a value of $100"? Why, I believe that was you! (I love the spelling and grammar mistakes, by the way.)
Legally, banks only have to notify a customer via mail that their account is negative. Now, much like yourself, the postal service is slow and unreliable. However, they fulfilled their obligation. You, on the other hand, didn't make the effort to ensure that your account wasn't overdrawn and now you expect us to sympathize with you. Sorry, that's not going to happen. You agreed to the bank's fee structure when you signed the opening paperwork and there's a million ways that you could've checked that account balance. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the account is in good standing; not the bank's! You made your bed, so sleep in it.
