eBay displays feedback in such a way as to deliberately *not* allow you to easily pull up just the negative/neutral ones. They're buried among all the others. In eBay's FAQs, they admit that this is by design. Not good, as a search on negative feedback finds many items not received, improperly packed and destroyed, or defective before they even left the warehouse. Go to toolhaus.org and search for bargainland-liquidation (with a hyphen) on both neg+neutral received and on the feedback they're leaving for others. This seller's feedback is so bad that they've actually automated the process of leaving retaliatory negatives, a new low even by eBay standards.

BargainLandLiquidation (the complete name) has been a long-standing problem. Their rating has never been good, not since I've been aware of them, which is a good three or four years, it seems (yes, I could be wrong on the time, but it's been a while for sure). Dee, while their rating may not have been as bad when you had your dealings with them, I still would not have sent them a dime for a dollar. I'm sorry that you got involved with them, at any rate, and understand your frustration. Good luck!

Are these the folks on ebay that sell for other people by basically drop-shipping stuff? If these are the same people, than the last time I checked their rating, it was like 88 percent. That was longer than 12 months ago. When I just plugged BargainLand into ebay, a bunch of sellers came up but not these people. What is their exact username? I am curious as to what the main complaints against them are.....

I stated in my posting that my dealings with Bargainland Liquidation was 14 months ago. BargainLand accumulated the 9197 negative feedbacks and 9162 nuetral feedbacks in the last 12 months. Their feedback percentage was not nearly as low when I bought the 2 auctions they had posted on ebay. I would never consider buying from them again, no matter how good the deal looks.

...that you were going to get a quality item, did you? 89.2% positive rating is the WORST I have seen of anyone with more than 100 transactions. As an ebayer of some experience (nearly 800 transactions as a buyer and seller), I can tell you that you were asking for trouble. Ebay continues to let BL use the site because, yes, they keep doing business. Apparently enough people haven't complained loudly enough or had enough necessary evidence to get rid of BL. But if they're doing some 900 transactions per day, only pleasing some 810 of those customers, it may catch up to them sooner or later....but I doubt it. Or, people will continue to bid and hope without using their brains, instead looking only for the lowest price, then get angry when they get ripped off. Go figure.
