Base on the trust I had for E-Bay through the years, I unfortunately purchase many items with BargainLand, to be exact I spent $2700.

I can honestly say, they have been my absolute worse experience on E-Bay and online in general.

This seller is a liquidator that sell factory rejects/returns/discontinue items without the origianl packaging. They rate their merchandise between 1 and 5 stars, anything below 3 is junk: if electronics it won't power on or it will only be good for parts, etc.

Knowing this I only bid on items described as 4 and 5 stars, and non-electronic nature (I mainly purchased clothes and shoes and Christmas ornaments for resale).

I kid you not by telling you that 50% of the items I received where broken or stained or ripped. They claim freight got damaged during shipping, but the broken pieces aren't even in the package.

The one thing tha got me absolutely livid was purchasing $400 worth of "gold" necklaces (so they were described in the auction) only to find out they were gold plated and worth much less thatn what I paid.

Trying to communicate with them is impossible since they don't answer most e-mails nor phone calls, especially if is in regards to a damaged item.

When I finally got an answer back, they responded that the necklaces were described as gold COLOR, which is a pure lie. The jewelry is still being sold with the description of gold.

On other instances, items were described as "in like new conditions" or "still in factory package" and were received smashed or ripped.

I understand E-Bay makes a lot of money off of them (10,000 transactions daily), but it's a mistery how can UPS/DHL/FedEx let themselves be blamed for BargainLand sending items that were already broken when they left the warehouse.

Filing complaints with E-Bay and Paypal won't help (they're biased because they make a lot of money). Next I will try dispute the credit card charge and contacting the Attoreny General in the State of Arizona, where BargaiLand main establishment is located to get a class-action suit started.

I hope for the readers that you will avoid BargainLand like the plague.
