Barn Outlet LLC North American Steel Buildings LLC, Suncoast Professional Business Services Ordered garage door, took money via ACH and never shipped product. Lots of other cases Kansas City MO
Ordered roll-up garage door on 6/5/2019 from Scott Anderson via ACH payment from checking account in amount of $543.78 with a 6 week lead time. It has now been 15+ weeks and still no door. Asked for a refund however company does not return email or phone calls (just rings and then eventually hangs up).
Located the actual owner David Delaporte who ended up refunding a previous complaints money who i did speak with to confirm. He also confirmed these guys are running a scam under many different companies. Local authorities also know this is going on. The business is corrupt and needs to stop.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM BARN OUTLET and definitely don't order a roll-door if they want ACH payment, any product for that matter.
