I bought some bicycle parts from Battle Axe Cycles. I did receive a e-mail confirming my order and they took the money out of the account that very next day. I then waited and waited and never received a e-mail on when my

order would be shipped. I sent them an e-mail inquiring on what was going on with my order and when could I expect it. I received an e-mail at that time that said that my order was a backorder and that I should expect the parts to be sent by the end of that week. I was again satisfied with the response but was starting to get a little leary of what was going on. Something just did not seem right. If something is on back order and has not been sent companies usually dont bill until they are ready to ship and I had already been billed. I then waited another week but did not hear anything. So this time I called and the phone number that was on my bank account was disconnected. I tried another number on the web cite and that was disconnected also. I finally found a number I could call and got a voicemail. I left a message on this voice mail and also e-mailed them again. Still no response from them. I called the number again and now the answering machine says that the voicemail box is full so no messages can be left. All other phone numbers related to this cite have been disconnected. It has been one month now since I placed my order and now I have did a claim on my bank account for this fraudulent activity that I have experienced.
