On April 13, 2019 Bayan Kazemi flew from West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada where he attended his elderly mother's home in the Arkell housing development of Whitehorse.
Upon entering her home, Bayan Kazemi repeatedly assaulted and terrorized his mother for some 10 minutes. Hearing the brutal attack and Kazemi's mother's screams, a neighbour phoned 911 and two RCMP police cruisers were sent to the elderly woman's home.
By the time police arrived, Bayan Kazemi had fled the residence and Yukon - leaving his mother wailing and so terrorized by the brutal attack, that RCMP officers were required to take the elderly woman to Kaushee's Place (a shelter for women and children who have experienced domestic violence and abuse) where she remained for 1 month - refusing to return to her home in fear of her son, Bayan Kazemi.
As an 'actor' - having appeared in a short film by aspiring Canadian film Director, Sam Mohseni entitled 'POPLIFE', Bayan Kazemi sees himself as being above the law.
Bayan Kazemi works in Vancouver, British Columbia as a Programmer and Network Security Engineer.

Because you witnessed this assault??? Hard to believe this since most nursing home residents are not taken to DV shelters because they are usually full and nursing homes have protocol in place to prevent this type of situation. I know this because as a LSW I have worked in nursing homes and never had a situation like the one you describe.
Hope you have substantial proof because if you do not you can be sued for libel.
