BBV*HOTBOOKSALE Smart thief getting wealthy slowly. I must have purchased something from them. I also buy for my great grandchildren so I thought this small amount was a book for my grands. Finally I asked for a book to be brought over and read. No one is getting any books, I have no clue who these people are I apologize Internet
I order toy, book and gifts on-line for my great grandchildren. So for months I saw the $9.95 charge and thought they were getting a new book each month.
I finally asked that they bring one of the new books to my home for their visit and read it to me. I was told they do not get books in the mail.
I have contacted my bank with no response to date. I have sent text message to every listing on the internet with the name BBV*HotBookSale. No answer either.
I saw your site and decided to pray you can help. I want the deduction stopped. If possible I would appreciate my money returned. They are smart so this may be difficult. Such a small amount seems to slip by when you check yoour bank account.
I saw an article on television that many companies rip you off this way. Large deductions of course you question it. Small deductions are not followed as closely. I am old. I thought with that name it was for my great grands. Without the televison article and your site there is no telling how long they would get by with this.
I used a debit card from my bank. Does this help in any way?
Thank you in advance for your concern. If you just stop the deduction great. If you can return my money I will cry with joy.
