I purchased a book for under $5.00 2 years ago on the internet. I noticed that these charges from Florida were appearing on my credit card 2 times a month for $9.95. I thought at the time they were coming from my daughter as we shared a credit card and she was attending a University there in Florida, so I bleieved it to be her school books. When she left, I noticed they were still popping up. To my horror, when I called them, they said I had signed up for TWO memberships and gave them permission to charge me this because I never called back to cancel them! I have obtained a small refund and have asked them for a full one, but they have refused, saying they will only go back 6 months. I never sign up for anything that would cause me to have to remember to call up someone to cancel! I have never purchased another book from them in the entire 2 years they were charging me which should tell someone there I had no intention or knowledge of being a member! I am sure they are doing this to thousands of people who are unsuspecting and want to do all I can to not only stop them, but get a full refund. Thanks.
