BC Autos Ingleburn Sell roof racks Sydney NSW
I bought some Roofracks for my car and when i opened the box they looked like like they had been used as they were scratched . I called and spoke to Andrew the owner he told me that they were not used and insisted they were brand new. I then decided to visit the shop personally to show him the roof racks .
Andrew then said that i had scratched them and said that he was not exchanging them as i used them . i showed him that box and that the screws were all intact but he again refused to give me new ones .he sad that i was a liar and spoke to be very rudely, i was shocked at the customer service and the faulty products they were selling. but stated it was my fault.
I am so disgusted with the whole experience that i will never purchase anything from this company again . My advice is to stay away and look elsewhere, there are better products and customer service from other providers .
