I am currently disputing charges to my credit card by BeachBody. My son ordered their Hip Hop Abs product for CAD $80, which I charged to my credit card. Before the shipment arrived, I received an email that said they had accidentally shipped an extra copy, which they said I could keep for free and they would refund the extra billing. When the refund didn't appear, I emailed them. They replied I had to return the product to receive a refund. I emailed them citing the previous message, and they replied they were sorry for the confusion, they would refund the extra billing shortly. The billing still hasn't been reversed. I am reporting the fraud to my bank and requesting the fraudulent billing be charged back.

I know this is late but: I have had a similar problem with them twice. I ordered some of their supplements and they offered that they will automatically take charges from my account and keep sending me on a monthly basis. I told them that I did not want that. I told them that so many times. So I get the supplement and all of a sudden they sent me another box of supplements. I did not order another box of supplements nor did I agree to that. My credit card was charged as well. I immediately called them and told them that I did not want additional products from them. They told me that when I send them the supplements back (that I did not order) then they will refund me no problem until they said I had to pay the shipping price. I told them I was not paying shipping for something that I did not order. No way! I then called my credit card company and told them that I had a charge on my account for something I did not order and I was going to file fraudulent charges on them. I explained to them that charge was from beachbody.com. I also told them that I wanted to file a complaint for sending me something and charging me for something I did not order. My credit card company took care of it. Plus I got my refund and when I called my credit card company to make sure everything was fine they told me that I did not HAVE to ship anything back to them. I did not even use those supplements. Fast forward this year. I ordered one of their workout products. They sent me something else which was wayyyyy more expensive. I called them and told them that they did not send me the workout that I ordered. So then they wanted me to pay the shipping price which was like $12.99. I told them AGAIN I was not paying to ship them something that I NEVER ORDERED. I wanted to make sure that I was not being charged for something that I never ordered. They said they will send me some type of shipping label so that I can ship it back for free. They told me they will email it to me (makes no sense at all). I called them every night telling them I never got anything and I was not going to ship something to them that I did not order. A few days later my original order came, but to make a long story short, they let me keep the product that I didn't order. I was not billed either. Beachbody.com has a history of doing this. My point is you have to be persistent with them and stand up to them. I have had the same problem too but Keep calling them and keep bugging them. Call your banking or credit card company and tell them what happened. Its your money. Don't send them emails keep calling them. It is much easier for someone to ignore an email from a customer than to ignore a call from a customer. I never emailed them. Beachbody.com has many, many customer service numbers to call. Keep calling until you get someone. Also have your banking or credit card company call them too and if you have to file charges against them. Give us an update and let us know how it goes.
