Beasley Investments Phillip Beasley, Ashley Beasley Lying, stealing, no good people !!!! Garden City Georgia
Phillip and Ashley Beasley are a prime example of rip-off artists. They are the nicest people when you first meet them and they make tons of promises. But they make your payments late or not at all, don't return calls or emails, never say what they say they are going to, and have no consideration at all for your home or credit. They have ruined my credit and my home. The couple placed 2 different tenants in my home. Both left damages, the last caused over $6000 in damages to my home that I had to pay in order to make the house even livable again. Plus the tenant owed over 4 months rent before Beasley took them to court to evict them. In that time my mortgage was never paid, eventhough our contract stated that they would pay regardless of the tenant, and be responsible for ny damages. Too good to be true? Absolutely!!! Do not trust these theves unless you have money to burn because that is all you will get after dealing with them. Now they have closed their office at 8173 old hwy 21 ste J Port Wentworth, GA. So I can't even file a civil suit to get my money back. If anyone knows there where abouts could you please reply.
