Purchased trial size of eye area treatment. Returned form at end of 14-day trial period stating I did not want to purchase more of the eye area treatment. Received 2 more shipments and was charged on my Visa. Returned lst packages on this 'subscription' and am returning 2nd shipment today. Customer service rep. would not refund 100% of my bills. Said they had not received the first return I made. He went through a bunch of junk about refunding 15%, then finally said he could use his 'employee account' and refund 35%. No deal!!! Am contacting my charge card company, and told the customer service rep I was doing that and that I was filing a report with Ripoff.
