Beau Derma These people lied and charged my account without my knowledge and gave me false information about an order that was placed of Eye Cream and Face Cream. I contacted them about it and they were rude and lied right to my face. I spoke with a Mgr. name Lilly Beau Derma Lied and Stole My Money Santa Ana California
I CONTACTED BEAU DERMA DUE TO EYE AND FACE CREAM I SAW ON DR. OZ SHOW AND SO I ORDERED IT AND WAS GIVEN UNTRUTH INFORMATION CONCERNING WHEN I WOULD RECIEVE AND BE CHARGE FOR THE FREE TRAIL. THEY SAID I HAD 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF THE ORDER REACHING ME AND EVEN GAVE ME THE DATE THAT I SHOULD BE GETTING THE ITEM; AND YET I HAVE NOT HAD THE ITEMS FOR 14 DAYS AND YET WHEN I CALL THEM THE REP'S THEN TWIST IT ALL AROUND AND WAS RUDE AS ALL GET OUT AND WAS TALKING OVER ME. THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND WAS TO DUE SO UNTIL THE 21ST IF JUNE. NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
