Beaute Wrinkle reducer Advertised product w/o full disclosure of what charges would be and when. Las Vegas Nevada
Ad popped up with Joanna Gaines. Wrinkle cream reducer free trial for $3.95. Allow 4 to 6 business days for product to arrive. No number to cancel or disclosure about future charges. Upon contacting company, free trial starts the moment you order. If you know it takes at least 4 days to arrive that is when trial should start. Other companies do business with state exactly when the believe package has arrived and how many days until I must respond.
Debit Card charged $99.95 without my permission and company does not refund any money. Agent states it is all in the disclosure on order form. I don't know where it was because I didn't see it. My Bank is dispute the charges as fraud.
