Beautelift Thought it was a trial and cost total$11.93 actually cost$189.82! Internet
I thought I bought a trial of beautelift eye cream and beautelift anti aging cream. Cost $11.93. I figured it would be a couple of little tunes of cream. Fast forward I end up in hospital for a little over a month. When I am finally able to think coherently I check my bank statement. Not only was I charged the $11.93 I was charged another$177.89 for a total of $189.92. When I called the company. They told me that they could not refund money if I sent product back because they do not do returns or refunds. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Was put on mute (no music) for 20 minutes. Cleo came back on phone and said supervisor told her no she could not refund that money but the new charger she could refund$80 but not the shipping costs.. New charge? Yes. New charge. They had shipped me another shipment of creams. Another$170 and they were only going to refund me$80?!? Asked to speak with supervisor again. This time actually put on hold (music) for another 15 minutes.. then no music.. For another 10 minutes. Cleo again.. we can refund your$80& the shipping.. Ok fine what about the other charges? We cannot refund those it had been too long... May I speak with your supervisor? Another 15 minutes... No music... Hello? Hello? Finally the"supervisor"answers my name is Jennifer number 2041822. How can I help you? Please refund my purchase I want to send it back. We refunded you$80+shipping for this month.. What about the other $189.82? Sorry we cannot do refund and returns. Ok fine.. You cannot do refunds or returns? No we can't. Ok I will just spread the word that your company has terrible policy. And I am going to the bank to put stop payment on any more payments they ask for. If I had known from their advert that is was going to be so expensive I would not have ordered. But it said nothing in the advert at the time that said there was a membership and I would have to pay that much money a month.
