Complaint Review: BEAUTY BROKER - Nationwide

  An individual with screename BART72 filed a fraudulent claim about me and my company/ client yesterday 10/19/17 at 8:37 am. I know this is a fake report based on a few important things that the individual noted - the surgeon noted Dr. Marc Mani- who has been a surgeon I have been working with for only 5 MONTHS ( the person said their surgery was 6 months ago then they stated it was in the "beginning of the year" - how does one make a 5-6 month discrepancy when stating "facts") and Anyone/ patient I have worked collaboratively with him on has been scheduled for surgery in December 2017 / January 2018- so I have yet to have one of my own clients receive surgery from Dr. Mani (who has an excellent reputation and is extremely well respected in the industry) -

we vet surgeons by following their cases for more than two years and we always seek consistencies with results. Dr. Mani is wonderful and extremely ethical in his practices. As am I. I truly do not appreciate someone maliciously posting false statements, perhaps it's a jealous surgeon, perhaps it is another consultant or simply someone who holds some jealousy against me. We can never be sure of these things but I wanted to make sure that the folks reading this nonsense - KNOW that it is indeed false. The person, if it was an actual real situation should have left their info for other patients to reach out if it is indeed true - and offer up some of these hard copy "emails" they claim exist. This was a sloppy attempt of defamation and poorly executed. Thank You. Melinda Farina, Beauty Broker, Melinda Anna.

 Whoever the person is that created this dumb claim on Melinda Farina and Beauty Brokers Inc. is obviously not very smart and knows nothing about our company or my boss. I oversee all of the LA accounts and Dr. Mani is one of the highest regarded board certified surgeons in Beverly Hills. Aside from that we have been working with Marc for a very short stint of time so none of our clients have completed surgery with him yet. Surgeries are all booked for December through February as we currently stand. This was for sure created by one of 5 people within the industry that have it out for Melinda and are unprofessional, jealous and have previous failed attempts of slander on not just us but many other surgeons as well. We believe the author of this claim is the wife of a surgeon in Las Vegas who has a personal vendetta against both Melinda and Dr. Mani. I have worked for this company for 5 years now and my boss is wonderful and the services that we offer are exceptional and of the utmost quality. When we originally received notification of the claim we sent it directly to our attorneys who will be running an investigation on the suspect of this fraudulent slander. Once we discover the exact person we will be posting an update and pursuing a lawsuit for slander and defamation of character.

 According to the said person above she claims that she had her surgery with Dr. Mani 6 months ago? I only started working with Marc 5 months ago and none of my patients that have seen him in consultation have completed their surgery with him as of yet. They are all booked for December and January. Not sure who is behind this report but it must be someone looking to tarnish my reputation - which is sad. You have to feel sorry for people that go to these drastic measures. They have nothing else better to do with their lives. That person should disclose their personal information and show proof of these "emails" (which don't exist- since in fact, there is none.) I have never had an issue with any of my patients in my 16 years of practice to date.
